The meeting of the General Assembly of the International Ambassadors Guild for the year 2026 was held in Brussels, on Sunday 10 May 2026, at 12.00 pm. at the Offices of the Scouts AISBL (Belgium), (LES SCOUTS, aisbl) rue de Dublin, 21, 1050 Brussels, kindly organized by Anton Penneman. As you may know we could not any more use the premises of the Scouts Pluralistes since they moved.
On the spot we were welcomed by Alain Roba, President of the Belgian Scouts and Guides Fellowship (BSGF). He was pleased to have us in these premises he had been frequenting since 1952 when he became a Scout. On behalf of the GA members, Nana thanked Alain for giving us access to the offices of the Scouts and for his warm welcome.

The ISGF Africa Regional Committee announces the 5th Africa Region Conference. The NSGF of Burundi will be the host for this conference.

The State of Kuwait warmly welcomes you to the 31st World Conference of the International Scout and Guide Fellowship (ISGF), held under the theme “Friendship and Peace” from 17 – 22 October 2027.

Following the difficult decision made yesterday to postpone the Europe Region Conference, the Host Committee was able to negotiate with the hotel, and we will be able to ensure the same price and hold the Europe Region Conference between the 2nd and the 6th of November 2026.

be held from the 3rd to the 7th of June 2026 in the Oporto region, north of Portugal.

Another year has begun and already the Adults Scouts and Guides from several regions have had some hard situations to tackle with, unexpected “activities”.
Climate changes have reached places in our world that were not ready for them and local NSGF´s promptly showed up and helped as they could.

The Trinbago Scout and Guide Fellowship will be the host at the ISGF 4th Western Hemisphere Regional Conference. Set against the vibrant culture and natural beauty of the twin-island nation of Trinidad & Tobago, this conference is the platform for collaboration, leadership and growth.
Together we will strengthen our shared vision, build lasting connections, and elect the Western Hemisphere Regional Committee. We will look forward to gathering with you where inspiration meets action and lasting memories are made.

Dear members of ISGF,
Time has passed so quickly, and here I am once again writing to you as we approach a new year.
2025 has been quite a whirlwind, if I may say so… The world and its leaders often seem a bit lost. Our planet is suffering, and our communities are facing increasing challenges.

The 7th Southern Europe Sub Region (SESR) Meeting and the 18th Mediterranean Meeting (MED Gathering), took place at the Caribbean World Djerba Hotel, in Djerba, Tunisia, from 1 to 6 November 2025 with a total of 118 participants.

The 7th South American Sub Region Gathering was held in Cusco, Peru from 23rd-26th of October 2025. 41 Members participated from Argentina (10), Bolivia (5), Chile (3), Peru (15), Uruguay (3), Venezuela (2), Curaçao (1) and Spain (2).
