Announcement 4th Western Hemisphere Regional Conference
The Trinbago Scout and Guide Fellowship will be the host at the ISGF 4th Western Hemisphere Regional Conference. Set against the vibrant culture and natural beauty of the twin-island nation of Trinidad & Tobago, this conference is the platform for collaboration, leadership and growth.
Together we will strengthen our shared vision, build lasting connections, and elect the Western Hemisphere Regional Committee. We will look forward to gathering with you where inspiration meets action and lasting memories are made.

The Conference fee of US$700.- per person includes:
- Transfers from and to the airport.
- 4 nights of accommodation based on double occupancy.
- Breakfasts, lunches, dinners - coffee-breaks during the conference. It includes the dinner on the first day 15 September to breakfast on the last day 19 September 2026.
- Full access to all main conference sessions.
- Beach Bonfire Experience: A campfire BBQ at the world famous Pigeon Beach and live cultural show.
- Island adventures: Buccoo Reef & Nylon Pool, Scenic island tour to fort George, the mystery tomb and other breathtaking locations.
- A welcome kit of helpful and inspiring material.
Participation fee:
• US$ 200.- first instalment due by 31 March 2026
• US$ 250.- second instalment due by 30 June 2026
• US$ 250.- the balance due by 31 August 2026

Cancellation policy:
• On or before 30 April 2026: Full refund less bank charges
• On or before 30 June 2026. Deduction of US$ 50.-
• On or before 15 August 2026: Deduction of US$100.-
• After 31 August 2026: No refunds will be issued.
