Europe Conference postponed

Dear participants in the Europe Region Conference,
Following the difficult decision made yesterday to postpone the Europe Region Conference, the Host Committee was able to negotiate with the hotel, and we will be able to ensure the same price and hold the Europe Region Conference between the 2nd and the 6th of November 2026.

Current participants have two options:

- Maintain the registration - The money will be kept on your behalf, and your place at the Conference is ensured under the same conditions. 
- Have a refund – Receive the amount you have sent for your registration, deducted from any costs that the host committee will be charged by the bank to refund you. If you later decide to participate you will have to register again before the 2nd September.

Please, advise us on your option until the 30th of April. After this date no further refunds will be possible.

Registration will be open again until the 31 May for any participants who want to join on these new dates. You can find the registration form below.

The Europe Committee is covering the costs already incurred by the host committee with materials and souvenirs for the participants, in case the Conference will have to be definitely cancelled.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any travel costs, so we hope that you can rely on your insurance for that, or change your flights and join us in November. This is an exceptional situation, and ask you to please have in mind that the inconvenience affects all of us.
