ISGF Nordic-Baltic Gathering 2025 in Norway

The St. Georgs Gildene i Norge (Norwegian Fellowship) welcomes you to their 31st Nordic Baltic sub-regional gathering. The event is open to all ISGF members and to members of WAGGGS and WOSM. They plan a varied programme and there will be exciting lectures. Also in the planning is for guests to have the opportunity to choose between several different activities that will take place in the local area around Tønsberg.

When: 6 – 9 June 2025

Where: Husøysund located near historic Tønsberg, Norway. It is located about 102 kilometers south-southwest of the capital city of Oslo on the western coast of the Oslofjord near its mouth onto the Skagerrak. The city is the most populous metropolis in Vestfold county.

How to get there:
• Airplane to Oslo Gardermoen international airport or Sandefjord/Torp which airport is used by several low-cost carriers and a train to Tønsberg.
• By boat from Denmark to Larvik and a train to Tønsberg.
• Bus from Tønsberg or we pick you up.

Programme: Nordic Baltic Sub-Region meeting, social activities, several exciting lectures and activities that will take place in the local area around Tønsberg.

Participation fee per person:
• 6790,00 NOK - Double room
• 7190,00 NOK - Single room
• 6190,00 NOK - Family room in a cabin
• 5340,00 NOK - Your own camper, caravan or tent

The fee includes the food and the accommodation in the hotel and the main activities in the area of Tønsberg city and social activities. You have to pay for what you drink with your meals such as wine, mineral water and beer.

Deadline registration: 15 January 2025

Cancellation policy: Cancellation done between 1st February and 30 April 2025 we refund 100%. Cancellation after 30 April 2025 there will be no refund.

Post tours: No organized post tours but we will present a suggestion of how to travel to the West Coast of Norway by train. Participants need to order their own tickets.
