During the month of November the National Fellowships of Libya and Algeria signed a Twinning agreement.

The agreement reflects the historical, social and cultural ties that unite the people of both countries. It enhances the depth of the relationship between the Libyan and Algerian Scouts.
It also expresses the sincere desire of both NSGFs to enhance scouting cooperation and exchange experiences and visits.
