Rules of procedure World Conference

The purpose and principles of the International Scout and Guide Fellowship and the general conduct of its meetings are specified in the Constitution.
The World Conference has adopted the following Rules of Procedure so that its meetings may be carried out in good order and that there may be no misunderstanding as to the methods adopted.
