Where: Bergeijk (Province of North Brabant) near the city of Eindhoven (airport).
How to get there:
• Airplane to Eindhoven international airport which airport is used by several low-cost carriers, bus to the central railway station of Eindhoven and from there another bus to Bergeijk
• By train to Eindhoven Central railway station and from there a local bus to Bergeijk
• By your own car to the venue

Participation fee per person:
€450 - Room and bathroom with 2 separate beds or 4 separate beds.
€415 - Camping: Belltent with 2 separate beds
€236 - Camping in your own camper, caravan or tent
Those who stay on this camping may use the facilities of the family room and the sanitary building.
All abovementioned prices include the expenses for accommodation and all meals starting with dinner 10 October 2025 and ending with breakfast on 14 October 2025. Also coffee and tea breaks and excursion are included.
Payment rules:
The whole amount in one payment before 01 May 2025 or a first payment of €200,00 with your registration before 01 February 2025 with deadline and balance of the final payment on 01 May, 2025. Payment must be free of taxes and transaction fees to our Bank account.
