Information 2nd Southern Africa sub-regional Gathering
The 2nd Southern Africa sub-regional Gathering will be held in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. The event will be organized by the Central Branch members of Zimbabwe.
All ISGF members from Southern Africa (Malawi, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe) and other sub-regions in Africa and the rest of the world are welcome.
Date: 10 – 12 August 2018
Theme: Creating a stronger ISGF through active participation
Where: Tatenda Safaris Lodge, Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, situated in an eco-friendly environment
Accommodation: Single or double rooms and rooms for 3 or 5 persons. Additional costs for those who require a single room.
Registration fee: per person US$150 for regional participants and US$200 for international participants to cover shuttle service from and to the airport. It includes the accommodation for 2 days, meals and costs Gathering. No hard copies of any paperwork will be provided so bring your laptop or iPad and information will be distributed via a USB stick.
Visa requirements: Please visit https://www.zimimmigration.gov.zw to check in which category your country falls.
Excursion: Option for a 2-hour tour of the Victoria Falls can be arranged before or after the Gathering. The entry fee to the falls for international participant is US$30 and US$15 for regional participants. Willard Nyambiya, one of the organizers, is a registered tour guide so he will able to assist on tours.

Cancellation policy: 10% of the charge will be deducted to cover administrative costs.
