I am deeply saddened by news of the explosion at the Port in Beirut on Tuesday, 4 August 2020. On behalf of ISGF World Committee and World Bureau, I wish to express my deepest condolences to all members of Lebanese NSGF.

We offer our sympathy to the families and friends of those who have injuries or lost their lives, and those whose homes and livelihoods have been affected. Our thought and prayers are with them and may they find the strength in facing such a test. We hope that the injured people will recover as soon as possible.
