Women's Day celebrated in local Guild India

logo indiaThe Gynum Ganga local Fellowship from Navi Mumbai is a unique guild of visually impaired adult members. Navi Mumbai also known by its former name New Bombay, is the largest planned city in the entire world, situated on the west coast of the Indian subcontinent in Maharashtra State.

Gynum Ganga was established about 30 years ago and just 3 years ago it opened a guild under the Maharashtra State Scout and Guide Fellowship enrolling its members in the group of people of this local Scout and Guide Fellowship.

The Guild members celebrated Women's day on Zoom on the 7th of March 2021. The activities of these disabled female members were dances, comedy sketches and physical skills. The participants got a reward for their talents. It was really motivating to witness the performances.

Compliments to Dr. Rajesh Shukla, chairman of the guild.

Chairman Gynum Ganga Guild, India
Dear Mr. Agarwal, Grateful for providing an opportunity to showcase our activities on ISGF website. You're our mentor and motivator. It's your encouragement that we are spreading the scouting message, "A scout is active by doing good, not passive by being good". Thanks.
