First ISGF Western Hemisphere Regional Conference in Suriname

When and where: The 1st ISGF Western Hemisphere Regional Conference will be held in Paramaribo, Suriname from 3 – 7 September 2016. The Central Branch group “Paveurs” from Suriname is the host and they are pulling out all the stops to make this event an unforgettable one.

For the set-up of a Western Hemisphere (WH) Region and Sub-Regions, ISGF needs support of all ISGF members belonging to the WH. A regional committee of 4 members will be needed for the establishment of the WH region and the election will take place in Suriname. At the same time a new sub-region Central America/Caribbean will be set up. There is already the South America sub-region comprising Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.

Slogan: Save the Earth, make it a better place

Hotel: The participants will be staying at the Eco Resort Inn and they will have access to all facilities of the nearby Torarica hotel for the swimming pool, sauna etc. Hotel accommodation is based on occupancy of a triple room and for a double or a single room the prices will be slightly different.

Registration fee: USD 500 based on a triple room inclusive transport, breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks during the whole conference.

Post tours: The host country offers 4 different post tours starting on Wednesday 7 September 2016 only if there is enough interest.
