certificate 2018 africa scout confDuring the 17th Africa Region Scout Conference held, from 7-11 September 2018, in Harare, Zimbabwe a Certificate of Appreciation was presented to Henry Lukwele, Chairman of the ISGF Africa Region, by Dr. Wayne Davis, Chairman of the Africa Scout Committee.

The certificate was in recognition of the support given towards the development of Scouting in the Africa Region.

2017 henry lukwele zambiaSix members, of the Central Branch, from Zimbabwe attended the Conference as observers during the sessions on the first and last days. The theme of the Conference was Africa Scouting, building the foundation for sustainable development. The next Conference will be held in the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2021.

We really appreciate the attendance of our Regional Chairperson at the Africa Scout Conference. It made ISGF be understood in Zimbabwe. A big thank you to the Africa Scout Region for hosting us.
