At the Nordic Baltic Sub-Region (NBSR) seminar in Oslo 25/26 January 2006, the NBSR Committee decided to publish a NBSR Newsletter twice a year in May and in November.

The Committee comprises the National Scout and Guide Fellowship National Presidents and corresponding International Secretaries. The language is English, the official language of communication adopted for the NBSR.
