An International Friendship Award was presented recently to Chen Chin-Chu, member of ISGF Central Branch in Taiwan during an International Scout Camp in South Korea. He is a staff member of the Taiwan and Korean Leader Exchange Programme.
Chen is member of Central Branch together with his wife and two other friends and he promoted ISGF during the World Scout Moot 
in 2004.
After the 27th ISGF World Conference, Leny Doelman, Central Branch Coordinator, will make a stopover in Taiwan and will meet the ISGF members.
