Guatemala joined ISGF Central Branch since 13 September 2020. At the moment there are already 150 members in the ATZ Fraternidad de Scouts y Guias Guatemala. Recently they held a ceremony in order to renew their promise. Why are they joining ATZ Guatemala? Some members explained their motivation and renewal.

Members of the Asociacion Adultos Scouts y Guias de Cuba (AASGC) were present at the 50th Golden anniversary of the Lincoln-Marti Camporee.
JamCam took place in Foz Do Iguaçu, Brazil. The event comprised the16th Interamerican Scout Jamboree and 3rd Interamerican Scout Camporee. It was held from 4 to 10 January 2020 with eight thousand participants from 21 countries. There were mascots Tuko (toucan), Guany (iguana) and Amber (fox), which represented South, Central and North America respectively. The city of Foz do Iguaçu is famous for being close to the border with Paraguay and Argentina, as well as it possesses natural attractions such as Iguazu Falls and the Bird’s Park. The theme was: “America: Continent of Diversity”

An international Camporee spans over a third of scouting history and it marked the 46th camp being hosted in Canada this time. The annual Camporee attracted 1,600 participants from Scouts Canada and BSA. The Loyalist Area (Canadian) Committee co-hosted with Longhouse Council BSA and they hold the camp on alternating years in the respective countries.

On Saturday, 1st of June 2019, some members of San Jorge Guild, one of the existing guilds in Chile, were present at an activity of the Guides/Scouts of Chile.
The Local Scout and Guide Fellowship from Los Angeles, Chile, held a camp on 4 - 6 January 2019. Members of other local Guilds such as San Jorge, Valparaiso and some individuals from other places joined them.
On 2 February 2019 Bryan Bell received the Silver Beaver Award from the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). The award is the council-level distinguished service award of the BSA.
