The World Bureau is the Secretariat of ISGF "International Scout and Guide Fellowship"

• It provides services to the National Scout and Guide Fellowships and is a link to countries working towards membership.
• It prepares the World Conferences and the World Committee meetings and assists those bodies in implementing their duties.
• The work is conducted in ISGF official languages: English and French.
• It publishes a  circular for the NSGF. The World Gazette Mondiale is ISGF magazine which can be ordered from the World Bureau.
